Dr. Praveen Mudalagi is a highly experienced anesthesiologist and critical care specialist with over 18 years of expertise in managing complex and unstable patients. He completed his MBBS from Basaveshwar Medical College and Research Centre, Chitradurga, followed by a Diploma in Anaesthesia (DA) from MR Medical College, Gulbarga. His passion for critical care medicine led him to pursue IDCCM from Aster Aadhar Hospital, further enhancing his skills in intensive care.
Dr. Mudalagi has pursued additional training in Fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine (FICM), Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT), Basic Echocardiography, Ultrasonography, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). He is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), the Indian Medical Association (IMA), and ISAKolhapur.

His clinical expertise
covers a wide range of critical conditions including trauma, heart attack & cardiac emergencies, respiratory failure, stroke, seizure disorders, septic shock, hypertensive crises, diabetic emergencies, and toxicological cases such as snake and scorpion envenomation.
Dr. Mudalagi is also actively involved in academics, having published research in the Indian Journal of Anaesthesia on toxicology. He regularly conducts training programs in BLS and ACLS, contributing to skill development among healthcare professionals.
Currently, he serves as the MD and CEO of Critical Care Hospital, Gokak, where he leads with a commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous medical education. His dedication and vast experience make him a respected figure in the field of anesthesia and critical care medicine.
